For your convenience, payment for hotel bookings is typically processed at the front desk upon arrival or directly prepaid to the property. Contact Seek Concierge for support with alternative payment requests or payment methods for bespoke travel services.

Most of our hotel rates are eligible for earning your hotel loyalty points and stay credits, as well as enjoying your membership benefits. Simply provide your membership number at the time of booking to link your reservation. We will also clearly notify you on the booking page if a specific rate is not eligible for points or benefits.

Most reservations can be canceled before the specified deadline, which will be clearly indicated on both the booking page and in your confirmation email. We will also flag any non-cancellable bookings at the time of reservation. Should you need to cancel or modify a booking for any reason, our Seek Concierge will do their utmost to assist you. However, for customised travel services, we will process cancellations according to the applicable booking policy, but the bespoke service fee is non-refundable.
